Melissa Guerra - The Go To for Authentic Mexican Recipes - The Go To for Authentic Mexican Recipes

In need of an excellent, authentic Mexican dish? is the way to go! Our website offers a variety of recipes that will leave your family’s mouths watering! Each unique recipe comes with its own fantastic flavor along with exotic ingredients. Let’s take a little tour of some of my personal favorites shall we?

Kiko's Authentic Paella Recipe

Mmm Paella! My absolute favorite! This Paella recipe calls for quite a few ingredients, but the directions are as easy as 1-2-3! After making the rice, the saffron/paprika mixture should be added followed by the broth and tomato puree. Then, the cooked shrimp, peppers, clams, and mussels should be distributed all over the rice. Let the rice expand, and cook for about 25 minutes. Once this process is complete, make sure there is no excess liquid and voila; some delicious paella!

Summer Drinks

Summer is coming to an end soon, and with this sweltering heat, people need to keep themselves hydrated! And what better way to keep yourself hydrated than with some fruity drinks? The Strawberry Mint Margarita on the Rocks is perfect for a hot sunny day.  With a fusion on Madhava Agave Syrup and Tequila, this recipe yells out delicious. There’s also the Frozen Hibiscus Margarita, Grapefruit Mojito, and Peach Brandy. These recipes can all be found on our website blog.

Cilantro Soup

For my healthy ones; this recipe is for you! With just needing chicken soup stock, squash, and cilantro, this recipe can be finished in about 15 minutes! After bringing the chicken stock to a boil, add the squash and let it simmer for about 10 min. Puree the mixture in a blender until smooth, and add the cilantro. This Cilantro Soup is ready to serve!
