Pan Grilling a Steak in Finex Cast Iron & Salsa Criolla Recipe

Salsa Criolla or Creole Sauce


  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar (60ml)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large bell pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (120ml)
  • salt and freshly cracked black pepper


  1. Combine ingredients in a glass bowl, and allow to marinate for about 30 minutes before serving. Keeps for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
