Mexican Hot Chocolate

1 cup milk
1 oz Mexican chocolate

Heat milk and chocolate together in a saucepan. When chocolate is melted, and the milk is well heated, beat well with a molinillo, or transfer the liquid to a blender to achieve a properly frothy mug of chocolate.
