Carnavalito (Little Carnival)

6 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
1 oz premium tequilla
pinch freshly ground cinnamon
cracked ice
cinnamon stick and orange slice to garnish

Combine the orange juice, tequila and ground cinnamon, and pour into a chilled glass with cracked ice. Garnish with orange slice, and stir with cinnamon stick. This is an old-fashioned refreshment for festive occasions, from the state of Hidalgo in Mexico.
