Mayordomo Chocolate (NOT ACTIVE)
The largest chocolate manufacturer in Oaxaca City is family owned and is an affordable luxury throughout Mexico. Varieties include "Classic" which is a sweet, beverage chocolate, "Oro de Oaxaca" which has less sugar and a more robust chocolate flavor (great for moles, "A la Canela" which has more cinnamon and almonds added, Sabor a Vainilla which has the jungle rich taste of vanilla, and "Licor de Cacao which is straight, unsweetend chocolate. Choco-Oro is a smoother blend of chocolate, sugar, and almonds. Each sold separately.
