What a great idea! This stainless steel surface fits perfectly on any standard 24" countertop, giving you an excellent surface for rolling out flour tortillas, pizza, or pastry. The rolling pin (included)stays put in its own special molded holding tray. A bonus dough scraper is included as well. Also makes a terrific food prep surface.
