Traditional Molinillo for Chocolate
Hand carved in Mexico, a molinillo is traditionally used to whip hot chocolate to a froth. 12" in length.
Placing the wooden handle between the palms of your hands, submerge the ornate base of molinillo in a pitcher of hot chocolate. Rub the handle between your palms, so that it spins in the chocolate. The swift spinning motion will render a lovely head of foam, an authentic sign of an excellent cup of chocolate.
