Wooden Tabla & Palote
Many flour tortilla makers prefer to use a tabla, or a small raised wooden surface for rolling out flour tortillas. We were very pleased to find this great end grain chopping block, which makes a wonderful tabla. It's four sturdy legs raise
it 1" off of the countertop, giving you lots of room for making flour tortillas. 15 3/8" diameter.
We now offer two sizes of palotes, our traditional 12" pin, and a new 14" pin, for extra large tortillas.
The mesquite palote is made of durable mesquite wood, these rolling pins are handcrafted and polished. Size 14" Length and 1½" diameter.
