Shipping Policy & Rates:

Shipping is available within the continental United States. Please allow 10 - 15 business days for FedEx Smart Post/USPS Parcel Select  delivery of all in-stock items. We ship via the cheapest carrier based on weight, size and location we are shipping to. Sometimes we may use USPS Priority in which case you should receive your order within 5 days. Please call if you have a specified time you need your order by so we can try to accomadate your request. Orders received by 12 noon CST are shipped same day. Rush delvery is available for most items at an extra charge which is shown in the shipping options on the order screen. We can ship via USPS to P.O. Box addresses.

Prices may vary on orders shipped to APO/FPO, AK, HI, Puerto Rico, and internationally. No food items can be sent to APO/FPO, AK, HI, and internationally due to problems with customs. Due to the high levels of security in APO/FPO deliveries, some orders may take up to 4 to 6 weeks.

Perishable food items are sent Monday-Wednesday only via rush delivery. Melissa Guerra is not responsible for delays in shipping beyond USPS and FedEx delivery policy.

* Free shipping offer applies only to FedEx Smart Post shipping, and not expedited orders. Offer valid for cost of items, not including tax and shipping. Not good with other offers. With constantly changing freight costs, free shipping offer is subject to review on each order.

An 8.125% Sales Tax will be charged for all orders delivered in Texas.


Returns & Exchanges

We trust you will be satisfied with your Melissa Guerra purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, Melissa Guerra's return policy is stated below.

Please leave all merchandise tags attached. We are sorry, but shipping charges are non-refundable. In addition, if you received Free Shipping on your original purchase and your return is not due to a defective or damaged piece of merchandise, or due to our error, you are required to pay the return shipping. If your return is due to our mistake, we will gladly pay for the return shipping.

Melissa Guerra will issue a refund in the form of the original tender paid, when each of the following conditions has been met:

1. You have 5 calendar days to report the problem with your order by telephone or via e-mail;
2. The merchandise must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase;
3. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and
4. The merchandise must be accompanied by the original Melissa Guerra packing slip.
5. No Returns on Food Products.
